Lenjawi Pride won well when last appearing here but has disappointed in two more difficult affairs since then and her mark looks too high. Similar is true of Persian Herald who was plum last in the Stardom Stakes at Goodwood last month. Both may be capable of better runs but on recent form are hard to side with. Dazzling Valentine won well in a mile long Lingfield maiden earlier in the month but will find this tougher. Daas Rite has two wins from four starts on the all-weather and from just 4lb higher than winning at Kempton he must be included in calculations. The vote goes to MALE MODEL who looks a progressive colt, has improved in two runs so far and handles the artificial. The stable certainly have better juveniles but he is good enough to take this. Tinkertown is a real danger as to finish within two and a half lengths of very useful and unbeaten Richard Hannon runner Vanguard Dream is good form.
