    Verdict

Tim Easterby's Bollin Harry and Brian Meehan's Boston Court should do better racing on the soft ground today but they need to if they are to trouble the judge and a safer option looks to be KING FERDINAND. Andrew Balding's colt made a promising debut at Newmarket when a close up seventh of 17 behind State Of Mind and he should appreciate the testing conditions being by Tobougg out of a Vettori mare. Mark Johnston's Namibian should step up from his first effort and could be of interest, while John Dunlop's Maraheb is unlikely to handle conditions as testing as this. Jockey bookings suggest that Vantaa is the better fancied of Richard Fahey's two runners ahead of Nicola's Dream.
