This is not the strongest of maidens and Cross Of Lorraine may be good enough to beat Dicho and Weet For Ever. The selection has shown plenty of promise in two runs to date, the latest a seven length fourth behind Wooly Bully at Pontefract. On the face of it that is only modest form but it could be good enough to land a race of this nature. Dichoh was a relatively cheap purchase and showed nothing on his debut. However he is from a top yard and so should be watched closely in the betting. Weet For Ever is well exposed but has shown ability and could manage a place. Dandys Hurricane has also hinted that he has talent and may do best of the others, but our idea of the winner is Cross Of Lorraine.
