In depth

Verdict

Trinculo is in great heart at present and can make it three wins on the bounce, Night Prospector and Peruvian Style could provide most danger. The David Nicholls trained nine-year-old has landed two soft ground sprints at Catterick recently by short margins, as a consequence he hasn't risen two far in the weights. He went well here earlier in the year and so against mainly out of form runners he should go close. Night Prospector looked on the way back last time when running well at Brighton and he looks to hold solid place claims. Peruvian Style has a little bit to find on official ratings but is in good form at present and could give each-way supporters a run for their money. The pick of the others could be Rainbow Bay, but our idea of the winner is Trinculo.
