In depth

Verdict

Tetcott gets the call here ahead of Spy Gun, Tropical Son, Baby Barry, We'll Meet Again and Dance In Style. Tetcott won comfortably over course and distance last time and a six-pound higher mark might not stop her from running well now that the penny has dropped. Spy Gun turns out again quickly after a reasonable run at Haydock on Saturday and this longer trip will suit, while Tropical Son often knocks at the door from his current mark. Bravely Does It is back to a winning mark and, if putting a run of modest recent efforts behind him, is entitled to consideration. The consistent Baby Barry is reasonably weighted, as is We'll Meet Again, while Dance In Style is five pounds better off for the four-and-a-half lengths he finished behind Tetcott last time. All of which analysis returns us to the selection, which is Tetcott.
