The vote here goes to Casemate, with best of the rest rated as Silent Storm, Kareeb and Border Music. Course and distance winner Casemate has been in excellent form of late and, although a beaten favourite from today's mark last time, he wasn't beaten far that day, coming from off the pace, and he should be right in the shake-up again. Blue Empire looks reasonably competitively weighted, while Silent Storm made eyecatching late headway last time and, even back at this shorter trip, earns our respect. Racing from just two pounds above a winning course and distance rating, Kareeb is also a major player. State Dilemma has lost his way at present but a repeat of last year's best form would give him a major shout, while Border Music will find this easier than a number of races he has been contesting of late and also gets some consideration. Finally, a repeat of her narrow course defeat here two runs ago gives Owed something of a shout, while Quincannon seems four or five pounds above a winning mark. Parkview Love seems to have lost his way for now, all of which returns us to the selection, which is Casemate.
