REEVES, incredibly tenacious in repelling all challengers to land his four-timer in a competitive 7f handicap at Lingfield last month, is a credit to connections. He's only up a couple of pounds for the win and has every chance of making it five on the bounce. Calder Prince and Young Fire have the ability to post a threat but it is Ghaith who is probably the most likely to bring to an end the winning run of the topweight in an attempt to complete his own hat-trick. He does take a major rise in grade here but has looked really impressive with very decisive successes the last twice since joining David Loughnane, although he's now 19lb higher for that brace of wins.
