STREET POWER looks a good bet to land this handicap; the list of dangers is headed by Smirfys Systems and Russian Symphony. Jeremy Gask's 4-year-old won well last time at Lingfield when he beat Compton Classic. This 4-year-old is a progressive sort and from a good draw he can make it count. Smirfys System by contrast is thoroughly exposed but he did win well here last time when he beat Westwood Dawn. He is in good form at present so he can't be discounted, but his high draw will not help his chance. Russian Symphony is upped in trip today which should suit, and he was returning from a break last time so he should strip fitter for the run. Stonecrabstomorrow is an interesting contender from the Richard Fahey yard but it was a weak seller he won last time and he has more on his plate today. This looks a good opportunity for Street Power who is a confident pick.
