The fillies' handicap can go to My Love Thomas, who gets the call ahead of Linda Green and Crystal Gazer. She's Minnie won off a four-pounds lower mark at Nottingham two runs ago and, much as she was beaten from her revised mark last time, she has got winning form from today's mark from last season. Crystal Gazer was beaten from her revised mark at Windsor last time, but the going was soft on that occasion and she could fare better on tonight's better going. Linda Green was just touched off from today's mark at Ayr last time and a good effort can be expected again, while My Love Thomas was only just denied on her handicap debut at Nottingham last time. Only lightly-raced, she should have better to come and gets a solid shout tonight. Overwing has returned to her Epsom winning mark of last summer, so has to be considered on that basis but the others maybe need to improve based on their best efforts so far if they are to feature tonight so, once again, we will nominate My Love Thomas as the selection.
