Looks Could Kill, Makabul and George The Second catch the eye here, with Looks Could Kill taken to follow up a last time out success. Makabul is a regular runner here, and already has a course and distance success to his credit this term. He ran well to be a staying on second at Salisbury last time and has shown ability with cut in the ground, although perhaps not as testing as this. George The Second won twice on the all-weather this winter, and ran well in third at Goodwood last time. He may be well treated, and has shown in the past that he can handle easy ground. Looks Could Kill was just run out of it close home by Tough Love at Thirsk in a good handicap, before taking a claimer at Ripon next time on similar ground to today's. He looks to have a leading chance here, and in fine form just now, Looks Could Kill can take this.
