In depth

Verdict

Azarole looked very progressive when winning at Newmarket last time, and can win again, the dangers being Boogie Street and Sevillano. The selection met trouble in running that day but still managed to quicken his way out of trouble. With the second and third winning since, the form has a good look to it and he's a pretty confident nomination. Boogie Street rates a danger based on his length win from subsequent winner Johnny Parkes last time. Sevillano was put in his place by the smart Chinsola at Ascot last time but, while connections will expect a good run, place money seem the best they can hope for. Trotters Bottom got off the mark in emphatic fashion at the fourth time of asking last time out, so he too is improving but Azarole looks the one to be on in the opener.
