With Millbag's trainer Mick Channon in poor form by his standards this looks a straight match between Imperial Echo and the selection Sweet Reply. The latter has shown plenty of ability on her three starts to date and has twice run well in decent contests at Newbury. This looks to be her easiest chance to date of breaking her maiden tag and having shown her liking for a fast surface then she looks the one to be on. Imperial Echo showed much improved form on his latest appearance but with that coming three months ago there is the suspicion he may have suffered a setback at home and his race fitness is taken on trust. Market support ,as ever, in these type of races should give some sort of clue to the possible outcome but if backing early in the day then look no further than Sweet Reply.
