        In depth

        Verdict

        Stuart Williams isn't ordinarily associated with winning juveniles though Dodger Marley hasn't done much wrong in his two starts and he is entitled to be thereabouts. The price of Happy Clappy rose dramatically at the sales from the amount he realised as a yearling but with a high draw to work from, we look elsewhere and CONCRETE MAC gets our vote. Hughie Morrison's colt holds an entry in the Super Sprint at Newbury and he'd need to be winning this in order to justify a tilt at that valuable contest. Bajan Beauty would be interesting were there any support for her on debut, as would any confidence behind Sandy Cove. Roger Charlton's newcomer is a full-brother to a 6f winner though it would be no surprise to see him being better over further in the long run.
