Pont Neuf is dropping into selling company for the first time and is chosen to beat Boogie Magic and Blue Savanna. The John Hills trained filly was rated in the seventies as a juvenile but has regressed since, however she has shown enough in maidens and handicaps to suggest she can easily take a race of this class. Boogie Street was easily beaten in a three runner affair last time and is also stepping into this grade for the first time.On some of last season's efforts she is in with a tremendous chance. Blue Savanna has to give weight away all round and is well used to this type of event. He has been on the go since last May without much of a break, but holds his form well as he showed when finishing a close up fourth behind Delightfully at Lingfield last time. So not a race to bet heavily, but Pont Neuf appears to have an outstanding chance.
