Compton Charlie is selected to send punters home happy in the finale where War Anthem and Street Life look the biggest threats. Any easing in the ground would make Compton Charlie's claims far greater but even so, a re-production of his second at Salisbury which was achieved on quick ground would see him involved. The unexposed War Anthem makes his return to the course after 326 days off and with the headgear left off for today¿s seasonal debut he is probably best watched unless the market says otherwise. When jockey claims are taken into account from their clash at Folkestone in April, Street Life is weighted to turn the form around with Compton Charlie although the selection had returned from nine months off the course to win that event. Celticello would come into the equation if the ground eases while Mixing continually runs to his mark and has place claims. Compton Charlie is given the vote to land the finale.
