Verdict

The most competitive race on the card and a tentative selection is Heidi's Dash, Cerulean Rose and Pretty Kool are two others to note. Roger Charlton's filly is no stable star but has shown enough this season to warrant close inspection. Her close up fifth behind Peopleton Brook at Chepstow last month is as good as any other recent form on show and she looks the best option. Cerulean Rose hasn't managed a victory this season but has been running into the places. It means her handicap mark has actually risen and so she may find it difficult to get her head in front at present. Pretty Kool can be given a major chance on the pick of last season's form and she will be all the better for a recent spin round Yarmouth. Dunn Deal and Parkside Pursuit can also be given a squeak on the pick of their form, but on this occasion we will side with Heidi's Dash.
