Misty Dancer has not been seen on the flat for some time but comes here on the back of decent displays over fences and is taken to make a winning return to the level on ground that suits, getting the vote ahead of Whatizzit and Nosferatu. The last mentioned represents the in-form yard of Amanda Perrett so lack of a recent run need not be of concern but he may be a shade high in the weights for his debut in a handicap. Zaif was well beaten on his return so looks best left out of calculations, while Mustajed is again entitled to be thereabouts but could possibly do with some help from the handicapper. Ed Dunlop's Whatizzit has been similarly consistent and deserves to get his head in front but he may have to settle for a minor role again with preference for Misty Dancer.
