Verdict

The Hannon pair could improve but need to do so and MISTER BLUE SKY is preferred. He's improving with his racing and was far from disgraced when runner-up to Harbour Master, an improving sort, when last seen at Sandown. The step-up to a mile should not be a problem and he's already bagged a soft ground success should conditions turn. Richard Hughes has done well with Jumping Jack who has no stamina issues and is going the right way. However, his form has been seemingly transformed by the move to the all-weather and it remains to be seen if he proves as effective returned to Turf for the first time since coming home last of five on the soft at Salisbury. If handling the transition, he'll prove a real danger. Golden Guest, just behind the Hughes inmate at Kempton on his penultimate start, has claims on that run but other starts have proved less effective.
