Norville showed improved form on his handicap bow and has claims if able to build on that under contrasting conditions but this race may have a little more strength in depth. Croeso Cusan is at home under the conditions but may be a shade too high in the weights whilst Osgood is still a maiden so a chance is taken with the less exposed ONE HIT WONDER. The form of his penultimate run reads well in the context of this race and, given the way that he stayed on over seven furlongs at Wolverhampton last time, he looks well worth a try over this trip on ground that he's bred to relish.
