In a tricky opener, Rash Judgement is selected ahead of In Honour, Sweet Nicole and Alls Fair. In Honour's Pontefract run last time brings him right into things in a race where there is not too much form to go on. Magical Speedfit is a model of consistency and can get in amongst things again, while Rash Judgement flew at the finish after running green at Sandown on his debut and, with the winner having gone on to win again, he is entitled to full respect today. Kaystar Ridge showed improvement on his second run at Wolverhampton last time but the form is not particularly strong, while, being a half-sister to this week's Lennox Stakes winner Tariq, Sweet Nicole has to be of interest on her debut. The Richard Hannon-trained pair of Alls Fair and Our Chairman both showed promise on their debuts, the latter's coming over course and distance, but the former has the better entries, while Gross Prophet seemed to be heading in the right direction at Bath last time. He is one of a number of runners that could step up today but, for the selection, we will stick with Rash Judgement.
