FOURPOINTONE earns the vote but the enigmatic Classic Clover can never be ruled out at this venue whilst Bendarshaan may be able to improve on the form that he showed on his chase bow. Michael Scudamore has made a good start to his training career and the selection has run some fair races over hurdles since joining the yard earlier in the year. He still only has the one win to his name but he's unexposed over fences and may be able to double his tally. Classic Clover is a law unto himself as he showed when a well beaten favourite last time. He's more than capable of winning this if he gets the bit between his teeth. Bendarshaan pulled up on his chase bow at Uttoxeter earlier in the month but may well be able to leave that form behind in due course, market confidence would be encouraging as it would for any of the runners in a weak contest; Fourpointone may emerge as the best of them.
