In depth

Verdict

POZO EMERY looked a staying type when scoring at Chepstow so dropping back in trip may not be ideal but conditions are in his favour. Blackjack Magic may have been placed but for falling at the last over the track and trip last month while Earth Business has the pedigree of a staying chaser so did well to finish close up in a bumper here. Light N Strike has changed stables since beaten eight lengths in a Chepstow bumper while Longshanks was staying on over the course and distance last time and may need further. Whydah Gally made early mistakes at Plumpton but warmed to his task in the closing stages so should do better.
