Something Dandy has shown improved form with each start and, in the expectation of further improvement to come, he gets the vote over Ambience Lady and Harry's Dream. The last mentioned made a promising debut for trainer Philip Hobbs at Uttoxeter last month and is entitled to be thereabouts despite the burden of 11st 12lb. Worcester winner Ambience Lady struggled here last time and looks to now be in the handicapper's grip so a bigger threat may be the consistent Noble Comic, who represents the in-form yard of Colin Tizzard. Helvetius was not disgraced behind Agincourt at Towcester last time and makes most appeal of the remainder but Something Dandy holds solid claims on his recent form and will be tough to beat.
