Despite the size of the field, this appears to be something of a match between Agitando and Rigmarole with marginal preference for the former. Ben de Haan's charge is a fair middle distance handicapper on the Flat and transferred that ability to the winter game when scoring with considerable ease at Uttoxeter earlier in the month and followed up in better company at Market Rasen ten days ago. The son of Tenby has the profile of a most progressive performer over hurdles and can make light of his double penalty. Rigmarole has had his limitations exposed in the top flight but boasts a course and distance win and should go well at this level but may prefer softer ground conditions to show his best while recent winners Bahamas and Nickel Sun need to improve again to figure.
