      Verdict

      Amicable Terms is our pick in this close looking contest, ahead of Houri and Red Merlin. Plenty though have chances. Richard Guest's filly won against lesser opposition last time out at Redcar at a decent price; she's well in at the weights, and can land the spoils again, in what is his only runner at the track. Houri, Raph Beckett's runner carries a penalty for a recent success at Nottingham; she looks the progressive type, having improved each time out. Her recent win was just by a neck, and this could be a close run thing too. Watch out for your Reds; there's Red Cauldron as well as Red Merlin, who completes our shortlist, following a decent effort at Sandown. Again, he looks progressive, but for our pick we'll stick with Amicable Terms.
