Seamus Shindig's looking for a three timer and is the pick of this decent looking handicap, ahead of Tom's Laughter and Lunces Lad. Henry Candy's gelding last two wins were similar sort of contests, and although the handicapper's had his say, still looks capable of landing it. He'll want something else to make the running and then make a late run. Mick Channon's Lunces Lad won a decent handicap at Bath last time out in similar company, and will also be wanting to do his best work at the finish. Tom's Laughter could be the one to set the pace and try; he got no luck in running last time out, but has won 4 of his last 6 races, and is more than capable of increasing that strike record. But marginal preference is for Seanmus Shindig to complete his hat-trick.
