Another tricky race for punters to call but Gallantry, Industrial Spirit and Fen Game look to be the leading players with the vote given to the last mentioned. Fen Game is from a yard in form and ran with credit last season when finishing in mid-division behind Rob Roy at Newmarket. He looked a nice type last season and if he has improved over the winter then should take plenty of beating here. Gallantry is a well-bred colt by Green Desert and the market will provide the clues regarding his chances on his racecourse debut. He could turn out to be quite useful and it would be foolish to ignore the betting if there is strong support. Industrial Spirit showed plenty of promise on his racecourse debut in the Wood Ditton stakes at Newmarket and that form clearly gives him an excellent chance of getting competitive here. Windhover is the other that catches the eye and once again the market should be monitored for any support for this Mark Johnston newcomer, but Fen Game is the one we like here and he is given the vote.
