Verdict
Dont Do Mondays shaped with promise at Huntingdon considering he was a 66/1 chance while It's A New Day has hinted at ability and appeals as the type likely to thrive in handicaps once he gains more experience. But this should go to HIGH VILLE, pitched in at the deep end behind Melodic Rendezvous and Puffin Billy at Exeter following his debut fifth at Ludlow. David Pipe's gelding, second in three bumpers last year, is back in the right grade here and can open his account over obstacles. It would be no surprise if Red Courtier, twice a winner on the Polytrack at Kempton, were to prove the pick of Venetia Williams' pair despite a lengthy absence.
