Mr Lamb Expensive bumper purchase who has not lived up to his reputation. Not a fluent hurdler, and although he drops in class here he makes little appeal.
Golden Goal (GER) Good third at Wincanton on similar ground recently. Should be spot on now, and this track should suit him as well.
Supreme Fortune (IRE) Raised nine pounds for winning a decent race at Haydock last month. Likes this going, but needs to be held up for a well-timed run, so on this course his inexperienced jockey is a worry. Otherwise, though, he has every chance.
Coulthard (IRE) Imperial Cup runner-up in 1999, but done no favours by handicapper and has not won since. Slipping down to a fair mark and drops in class here. Will like the conditions, but we'd prefer to see some more solid form before we could fancy him to get his head in front.
Michel De Moeurs (FR) Has been running quite well in novice company, and arguably put up a career-best effort when second at Newbury last week. However, that was quite a hard race and he does not seem too well-treated in this sphere (held by Golden Goal on earlier Kempton form).
Ashley Muck Lightly-raced gelding, has shown nothing in two runs since joining Martin Pipe this season, and difficult to see him playing a prominent role in this race.
Shampooed (IRE) Dual course winner who ran really well when fourth at Cheltenham three starts ago, her first after a lengthy absence. Slightly disappointing in two runs since then, but back on a course she clearly likes she could go well with her low weight.
