      Verdict

      A fiendishly competitive classified stakes with many in with chances. Caught In The Dark is likely to start favourite and she held the same position at the head of the market at Ascot in a big sprint at the course in March. She possesses ability but her best efforts have tended to have come in big fields and with are only six others in today's line-up, she could be worth opposing. Mister Arjay impressed in a sole start at Lingfield Park. Gerard Butler seems to have started something of a trend of running decent horses on the all-weather and the Mister Bailey's colt could literally be anything now that he switches to the turf. Cala was quietly fancied before landing a recent handicap on the equitrack-track. It is not out of the question for the in-form Clive Brittain to get significant improvement out of her but Seattle Express, who beat her previously, let the form down earlier in the week. Tease, who reopposes today, was behind on this occasion and has plenty to do despite picking up a minor prize since. The market should speak volumes about Favour while Willieconquertoo Two was very disappointing on reappearance. We will take a speculative punt about Override. James Eustace's filly was held in high regard before scoring on her debut at Pontefract and she progressed onward to land a decent nursery on the turf at Lingfield.
