In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be She Whispers,George The Second and Moody Tunes and the vote is given to She Whispers. The selection was a fair third behind Royal Amnesty. That form has since been franked and off the same mark and under conditions that suit she looks the value bet in an open affair. George The Second rates the main danger on his latest third behind Garstang he is another that will handle the ground but he has been done no favours by the draw. Moody Tunes is another worthy of respect on his best form but he has yet to win over this trip and he may just need the run after a 157 day absence. Perfect Order is another with place claims on his latest fourth behind Malech but he has yet to prove he handles ground this soft. Of the remainder Franky'n'jonny is game and consistent and is sure to run his race and he could improve for the fitting of first time cheek pieces but in a race that throws more questions than answers for the winner we return to She Whispers.
