ROSEWOOD LAD is given the tentative vote to land this seller at the expense of Dane Cottage and Kathindi. The selection has been tried and tested in handicaps and connections have resorted to selling races in his last two starts running well enough in the process. He was only narrowly beaten in his latest outing at Lingfield and another effort like that would see him go close once again. Dane Cottage won a seller at Leicester last month and then ran well enough in a handicap. She disappointed last time out however so connections have dropped her in grade once again and for that reason she warrants plenty of respect. Kathindi won a claimer at Kempton during the winter and finished third in one on the turf in April. His handicap form looks very limited but now he is contesting in a seller he is another to note. Rosewood Lad is a consistent sort who is sure to win more races at this level.
