COMPTONSSPIRIT has been a model of consistency this summer and is taken to get back in the winners enclosure at the expense of Littlemisssunshine and Revue Princess. The selection is rarely out of the first three and managed to get her head in front at Carlisle on her penultimate outing. She was not beaten far behind The Jailer who sprung a surprise at big odds at Chepstow last week, and if recapturing her form she is sure to close once again. Littlemisssunshine carries a six pound penalty after winning at Brighton last time out. This is sure to make life tougher for this mare by Oasis Dream, but speed is her thing and if on song she will give her supporters another good run for their money. Revue Princess is now five pounds higher since winning at Leicester last time out. Her previous winning form was off a mark of 60 so she is more than capable of being competitive off her current mark so has to be added to the short list. Comptonspirit is tough and consistent and can win again.
