Verdict

A stronger than usual maiden with the top trio all in fine form. Minona's second over the course and distance behind Rustling Leaf was a cracking run and she'll take some beating. She had Glitter Path behind and should take care of that one again but IT TAKES TWO, who is by Twice Over and likely to improve after just four starts, gets the nod on her narrow defeat by Florida Quays over 6f here. Jacko Boy went close at Turffontein last time after a good run on this track while Truce is better than her form figures suggest and could snatch a place at a price.
