A truly unappetising 'getting out stakes' but maybe a chance for GUD DAY to finally notch an elusive hurdling success. He's been placed in seven of his 11 starts over timber and inhabits a decent mark in such a modest contest. Paddy Brennan looks an ideal partner and hopefully the talented Irishman can finesse him home. Weybridge Light at least comes here in decent form and should give a good account off topweight, although just check if any money arrives for stable companion, Beggar's Opera. Irish challenger, Strandfield Bay is another to note in the betting and Nothing Is Forever has bits and pieces of form that give him a squeak too.
