Redair needs little introduction at this level having obliged in three such races in the past, and David Evans' filly comfortably saw off some inferior rivals when last seen at the course. Paul Cole has had a couple of welcome winners of late so we expect to see a bold show from ZIEFHD. Her recent form on turf has been modest but she did place off a mark of 80 when tried here in May. A repeat of that effort should suffice. The lightly-raced Asian Trader was well held in bottomless conditions at Doncaster and the decision to add a tongue strap is no surprise though that of stepping into plating, rather than handicap, company most certainly is. Chalk And Cheese is a winner at Wolverhampton so Stuart Williams' charge has to be respected while Raffinn was not disgraced in a handicap over C&D although he has it to do at these weights.
