A tough little handicap chase now and the vote goes to PROPHETE DE GUYE ahead of Alfadora and Good Harvest. The selection travelled very sweetly oN debut before getting tired late on to finish third. He wasn't beaten far that day and to his credit he rallied gamely but couldn't get to the winner. With that run under his belt there may be more to come from the son of Apple Tree. That wasn't the strongest of races but the way he travelled was very encouraging and can now race from the same mark. Alfadora is another that looked in need of his latest run. In fact it looks like he's needed all his runs this year. The trainer seems to be taking a soft approach and it could well pay off with a big price win along the way. He is a course and distance winner so a market check is advised. Sam Thomas is an interesting jockey booking on Jonjo O'Neill's Good Harvest. Jonjo is one of the tracks top trainers so a market check is needed with this horse. Petroupetrov is another to note.
