In depth

Verdict

Kentford Mallard’s victory at Southwell was her first in more than two years and she’s been raised 7lb. AS HIGH SAY (NAP) has only gone up 4lb for completing a four-timer here earlier in the month and Liam Harrison’s claim takes care of that. She’s unbeaten since switching to Fergal O’Brien’s yard and is worth sticking with. Little Actress was handed the race on a plate at Sedgefield when a challenger fell at the last and the selection’s trainer should have a good line on the Irish mare while Howdilyoudo is having a first run since wind surgery and may find this too short. Diva De Vassy is preferred to France De Reve of the others.
