Verdict

Star Of Valour was a rare winner on the Flat for Colin Tizzard over 7f here last month and should go close to completing a double raised only 3lb. Bannerman should have more to offer now handicapping but fellow maiden MERCURIUS POWER looks well treated on his first run on Turf and has been given plenty of time to mature. Kayfast Warrior has rattled up a four-timer but a further 2lb rise may just have tipped him over the edge and he’s probably due a rest.
