Verdict

With no form to assess, market analysis will be imperative but at this stage the choice is WIZARD'S SLIABH for the O'Brien and Brennan combination. Bred for the job, by King's Theatre out of a Darshaan mare, her yard has a 18-144 record in bumpers in the past five seasons. Hopefully, the market will speak well of her chance. Alan King has a sound record in bumpers so Chato is noted whilst Donald McCain has the best strike rate of any participating yard in bumpers which brings Golden Banner into the equation, especially with Thomas Greatrex claiming 7lb. Matts Legacy will have support with Richard Johnson and Tim Vaughan teaming up but Sbarazzina could prove the main threat as she's a daughter of Walk In The Park who has created a good name for himself as the sire of classy NH sorts, such as Douvan and Min.
