In depth

Verdict

Presence Felt hasn't hit form this summer but will do so sooner or later as he's always best on better ground with all three wins under Rules coming on good or good to firm. He should be spot-on after a couple of runs but with the ground forecast given as good to soft, we'll take him on with THEATRE GOER (NAP) She was probably in need of the run at Ffos Las in June but was a reliable performer in decent grade last season and far from disgraced in Listed grade at Cheltenham on her penultimate start. She stays well and the ground is fine. Course and distance winner, Perseid, came good at Bangor last time and does have a soft ground success despite his best arriving under quicker conditions. Arthur Mc Bride has a 0-15 career record but has run well enough the last twice to be interesting in receipt of weight all round.
