Ben's Folly looks the pick of Tim Vaughan's two runners in this handicap hurdle over Wild Side Of Life and he has to be considered but like many of these may not be completely at home on the rain softened ground. Nigel Twiston-Davies has his string in fine fettle so Mad Moose has to be on the short list after his win at Cartmel last month but an 8lb rise for that and the softer going is a concern. Auberge has more to do under a penalty for her win at Cartmel and is now 10lb higher so looks best left out of calculations. Sue Smith's Whatdoidowiththat will handle the going better than most and is only 2lb higher than when scoring at Catterick in December so has to be respected but a better bet looks to be SAINTLY LADY. Peter Bowen's mare has yet to win a race but she has been running well in defeat, handles cut in the ground and comes from a stable back among the winners.
