Paddy For Paddy should be suited by the track and trip, so gets the vote over Denvale, Hades de Sienne and Lord Nellerie. It generally pays to follow the form horses in hunter chases, and with that in mind we rely on Paddy For Paddy who finished third at Folkestone on his reappearance last month. Guy Landau's charge is blessed with plenty of stamina as he proved when scoring over four miles at Cheltenham in April and this course will bring out the best in him. It must be pointed out that he was beaten by Denvale when they met here last March, but he now reopposes on 11lb better terms and has the softer ground in his favour. With regular pilot Richard Burton taking over from Andrew Wintle, Paddy For Paddy is poised to gain revenge over Denvale who disappointed connections the way he threw in the towel at Haydock last time. Hades de Sienne was beaten in a poor hunter chase at Chepstow, and Lord Nellerie, successful in the French provinces, may be best watched on his British debut, with Paddy For Paddy the one to beat.
