In depth

Verdict

Ask Susan easily beat Jaime Sommers, who runs in the previous race, at Tramore then had a run over hurdles before just touched off by the useful Le Martalin at Wexford. She looks certain to be thereabouts again but useful hurdler CLASSIC THEATRE (NAP) made a very good impression when scooting away at Limerick and it will take a very good performance to prevent a follow-up. Consharon Boy beat subsequent winner William Du Berlais at Kilbeggan last month and has to be considered and the lightly-raced Big Bad Brian will have come on for his chasing bow at Downpatrick while both Imperial Way and Thirsty Work should be winning soon.
