Just three older horses take on the younger generation here but one of them, Lolly For Dolly, is still improving as she showed with her superb performance in the Group 2 Windsor Forest Stakes at Ascot for which she is penalised. Hooray is also heavily penalised for her brilliant victory in the Cheveley Park and though she hasn't found anything like that level of form this season her trainer doesn't waste entries and she's expected to bounce back. Wild Wind was well behind her in the Cheveley Park but has been very highly tried this year. She looked like winning a Listed race at Cork last month when leading inside the final furlong but couldn't cope with the late burst of ALANZA. The winner was having just her fourth start and with more progress almost guaranteed is taken to complete the double though Rose Bonheur, who has two Listed successes to her credit this season, is another with a big chance in what is a classy event.
