There are some choicely-bred newcomers worth keeping an eye on but the experience of REQUISITION and Buffalo Billy should count here. The former made a reasonable start behind odds-on stablemate Learnt at Leopardstown a couple of weeks ago and may just have enough scope to see off John Oxx' colt, who stepped up on a promising debut when producing a fine effort behind Tiffilia at Naas. Acorn Valley is out of a mare who won several times in the USA and looks one for the future as does David Wachman's Irish Fling, who hails from a very speedy family. The filly Livia Galilei is closely related to several useful winners and Jim Bolger's juveniles have been going well all season so she's definitely one for the short-list.
