BARNACLE BILL made his debut on very testing ground at Leopardstown last month where he stayed on strongly once the penny had dropped. He should be more at home on this slightly better ground and can start making up for lost time. Commander Won was being ridden along for much of the race on his debut over 1m2f at Roscommon and started to stay on at the finish so the longer trip will suit. Vale Do Sol has been looking very one-paced and would need a strong gallop to be considered. She finished behind Chicago Secret at Gowran last month and Johnny Murtagh's filly should take a hand if in the same form. Azamesse has looked certain to be suited by this trip in her two races over 1m2f at Dundalk while Harasava is by Azamour out of a middle-distance winner so she wouldn't have been suited by 7f at Galway in September and this will be much more to her liking.
