But, unless Dancing Primo suddenly rediscovers her best form, PETRIFY looks the one to beat in this. Though he's a long-standing maiden, Bernard Llewellyn's five-year-old has gone close on a few occasions and was only beaten a neck over a slightly longer trip last time at Bath - a 2lb rise is fair. Novel Dancer, Awesome Rock and Born To Reign have all won on Polytrack this year but have disappointed on this surface in the past.
