Willie Mullins has won this three times in five years including with the classy Shaneshill a year ago. He relies on BACHASSON this time and the five-year-old, the winner of six of his ten starts including a Grade 3 hurdle, looks a class above these on his form over timber and is bred for chasing. Tully East was a long way behind him at Tipperary last October but finished in front of him when behind Long Dog in a Grade 1 at Leopardstown in December and he's another bred for the bigger obstacles. Cassells Rock showed the benefit of his chase debut with a better run at Fairyhouse and can improve again but Lucky Pat hasn't quite got to grips with chasing despite his form figures. Dual hurdles winner Total Recall ran quite well over a trip too short at Navan and looks the type to make progress.
