A high draw is usually important in this race and that may play into the hands of the speedy JIGAJIG who can get the better of Angelo Poliziano and Blessed Place. The latter comes here in good form as he attempts to follow up last year's victory but he's drawn on the other side of the track this time around so could have his work cut out. Speedy Senorita should go well for a jockey who has already got a couple of wins on the board this season and she's favourably weighted these days whereas Angelo Poliziano is in danger of hitting his ceiling following his recent good run although, to be fair, he has won from this high a mark in the past. Jigajig has been dropped by a pound following his defeat at Warwick which suggests that the handicapper feels that he has him in his sights now but his last two runs read well enough in the context of this race and his style of running could mean that he's hard to pass.
